Grapes: 80% Sangiovese Grosso and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Refining: 6 months in barriques and 6 months in big barrels.
Colour: deep garnet red.
Bouquet: strongly vinous.
Taste: full, slightly tannic but well balanced and elegant.
Service: serve at roomtemperature, opening the bottle at least two hours before consumption.
Food Suggestions: red meats and seasoned cheeses, or as a meditation wine.
