Production: the Western part of Sicily in the area of Salemi.

Grapes: 100% Nero d’Avola grapes left to dry a little longer on the trees.

Colour: bright ruby red.

Grapes: 100% Primitivo grapes, vines are normally very old (25/30 years old) the breeding system is so called ‘Alberello’ (small single tree).

Amarone della Valpolicella
Doc Classico

Production Area: in the heart of the Valpolicella Valley on a very mixed ground, somewhere clay, somewhere limestone.

Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara with drying in "fruttaio" for a period of 90 to 120 days.

Colour: deep and thick garnet red.

Bouquet: of a big intensity and persistence with scents of dry prunes and sweet spices.

Taste: big structure, it is warm and at the same time velvety.

Service: serve at a temperature of 18° - 19° C in ballon glasses, opening the bottle at least 2 hours before.

Food Suggestions: ideal companion is grilled meat and seasoned cheese.

Valpolicella Doc Superiore

Production Area: the hills surroundings Verona 

Grapes: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella.

Colour: deep ruby red turning garnet with aging.

Bouquet: intense bouquet, recalling prune, red fruits and a pleasant hint of liquorice.  

Taste: dry and velvety, slightly bitter.

Toscana IGT Rosso

Production Area: hills of Cerreto Guidi (Florence) and San Miniato.

Grapes: sangiovese base.

Colour: intense with violet reflections

Bouquet: intense with scents of red fruits and light note of tobacco and blackberry,

Taste: fresh and fragrant, of great persistency. A smooth finish and harmonious with a longlasting taste of red fruits.

Toscana Rosso IGT 

Production Area: hills surrounding the city of Siena.

Grapes: 80% Sangiovese Grosso and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Refining: 6 months in barriques and 6 months in big barrels.

Colour: deep garnet red.

Bouquet: strongly vinous.

Taste: full, slightly tannic but well balanced and elegant.

Service:  serve at roomtemperature, opening the bottle at least two hours before consumption.

Grapes: Chardonnay.

Primitivo IGT Puglia

Production Area: the Salento area located in Puglia, the South-West part of Italy.

Grapes: it is made of famous typical grapes of the area. Primitivo is also known internationally as Zinfandel.

Colour: deep ruby red with violet reflects.

Bouquet: intense perfumes and sensations of this sunny land.

Taste: harmonious, full and velvety.

Primitivo Di Manduria DOC

Production Area: our Primitivo Manduria comes from the prestigious area called "Feudi di Sava". The growing system is the so called "alberello" (small vine) It is very ancient method of cultivation without irrigation.

Grapes: it is made out of 100% Primitivo grapes. Wines are 30/50 years old and are planted with a concetration between 5000/6000 plant per hectar.

Colour: deep ruby red with violet reflects turning garnet.

Bouquet: the nose is spicy and deep.

Taste: harmonious, full and velvety. 

Service: at room temperature opening the bottle at least 1 hour before serving. It can age a few years.

Production Area: the North-East part of Apulia in the area of San Severo.

Grapes: 100% of Uva di Troia grapes.

Taste: its fresh lasting notes of red fruits make it elegant and harmonious.
