Production Area: the smooth hills surrounding the city of Marsala, in the Western part of Sicily.
Grapes: it is made by a single grape, typical in Sicily, called Nero d’Avola. Aged in barriques.
Colour: deep ruby red.
Bouquet: vinous and pleasant it recalls the taste of bitter almonds.
Taste: smooth, slightly tannic,velvety and persistent.
Service: at room temperature, opening the bottle at least one hour before serving it.
Food suggestion: ideal partner with tasty dishes and seasoned cheeses or as a meditation wine.
Conservation: keep in a dry and fresh storage room, preserve it from light. It can age for 4/5 years.
