Grapes: 100% Nero d’Avola grapes left to dry a little longer on the trees.
Colour: bright ruby red.
Bouquet: rich and ripe red fruits, the nose is appealing with spicy hints.
Taste: full and soft but lively with red fruits and blueberries.
Service: at room temperature.
Food Suggestions: ideal partner to Mediterranean pastas, red meats but it is perfect on its own.
